The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Ol' Grumpy's Rubs & Marinades, LLC. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

  Customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions upon placing any order.

  Ol’ Grumpy’s Rubs & Marinades, LLC (“Ol’ Grumpy’s”) accepts returns of unopened product packages only.  Ol’ Grumpy’s will not accept returns for any opened items. If there is an issue with the product(s) that have been shipped to you, please contact us immediately for a return authorization code.

  Returned packages will not be accepted without an Ol’ Grumpy’s issued authorization code.

  Returns must meet the following criteria:

  Returns for unopened product packages (which meet the above guideline) must be requested within 15 days of shipment date. 

  Any requests after this time period will not be honored.  Returns must arrive to us within 7 days of authorization code issuance.

  A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned products.

  Products must arrive unopened.  Refunds (less restocking fee) will be made upon receipt of merchandise meeting this standard.

  The customer assumes all shipping fees for returns and/or exchanges.

  Returns should be shipped by a carrier with tracking information; USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. 
  The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe arrival of return packages.
